Our pool pump covers are crafted to accommodate most (if not all) residential pool pumps. We always recommend double checking the measurements of your pump with the measurements we provide to ensure it will. However, occasional interference from plumbing may arise. In such cases, minor adjustments to the plumbing can often resolve the issue.

We suggest reaching out to a local pool plumbing specialist or your nearest pool shop for assistance to address this matter.

Fort Knox and Burlington have a protective Aluminium shell, which is rust proof, with an industrial grade powder coat for added protection.

ECODefend® and our Chemical Storage Drum are made from industrial grade 12mm thick HDPE recycled plastic, which is rust and corrosion proof, and even recyclable at the end of it's life."

All our Acoustic lining on Fort Knox, Burlington and ECODefend® is approved by our Acoustic Engineer to ensure correct density to maximise noise absorption.

While our products are designed and tested as complete units, our ECODefend range can be adjusted on site using common hand tools for easier retrofitting to suit your pool equipment configuration. Made from recycled HDPE plastic, ECODefend is corrosion-resistant.

However, please be aware that making modifications will void any warranties.

Local regulations can vary across Australia, but in most cases, our complete unit (Fort Knox) is designed to meet the requirements of most councils.

The Fort Knox can achieve a remarkable 71% reduction in perceived noise.

Our Acoustic Engineers Report indicates an average noise reduction of 18 dB when you pair the Burlington with the Blast Door (Fort Knox).

If you opt for the Burlington on its own, it still delivers an 11 dB reduction in noise and the environmentally friendly ECODefend® achieves 16dB.

It's important to note that either the Burlington on its own or Fort Knox and ECODefend® typically meet the requirements of most certifiers, especially for Complying Development Approvals.

Our unit design prioritizes optimal airflow while still achieving significant sound reduction. However, it's essential to recognize that any enclosure placed over the pump does carry a potential risk of overheating the pump. We advise monitoring your pump's temperature and ensuring it remains within safe operating limits.

For Fort Knox, you can select from the following color options: Graphite, Urban Gray and Winter Camo.

These colors are the most popular and readily available, as they are part of our industrial-grade powder-coated shell with superior acoustic foam range.

ECODefend® is available in black and features a hair cell pattern on the outside.

No, if you are looking to reduce noise, you only need to enclose the pump, as it's the primary noise-producing component. Other filtration components are designed to withstand outdoor conditions and do not require additional covers.

Our products are meticulously designed to accommodate most pool pumps. Our products come with a warranty against manufacturing faults and defects when used in normal domestic settings for 12 months from the date of purchase. In non-domestic usage, such as commercial or industrial settings, the warranty is limited to 6 months.

We commit to repairing or replacing the product at no cost if it is found to have a manufacturing fault during the warranty period. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, shipping accidents, or incorrect installation. To maintain your product's warranty eligibility, it should be protected from immersion in water or any exposure to potentially corrosive liquids or fumes. Proper drainage and ventilation should be in place to avoid prolonged exposure to water, other liquids, or vapours from chlorine and acid.

Regular maintenance is also essential to preserve the product’s integrity, which is why we also recommend regularly wiping down the product to prevent any potential damage from exposure to corrosive liquids.
